National figures show that for every one dollar invested in training the workforce a business or industry can expect a fifteen dollars return in profitability because the employees will increase productivity, creativity, efficiency, and safety.

Electrical Apprenticeship: According to State Law, Act 870 of 1979 any employee who works for a license electrical contractor and has not passed their journeyman's examination must be continually enrolled in an apprenticeship program at a certified school.
